Sixteen years of shipping software. Now building AI products and the teams that ship them.
CTO, technology leader, and co-founder. Sixteen years building software across industries — now focused on AI products and the teams that ship them.
I started writing software in 2010, at sixteen. Across fintech, healthcare, real estate, IoT, e-commerce, and ERP, I've moved from full-stack engineer to tech lead to CTO and founder.
That range taught me what I care about most now: understanding the business first, and treating technology as leverage, not as the point.
These days almost everything I do sits at the intersection of AI and product. Designing conversational agents, shaping how systems remember and reason, and deciding what to build, what to buy, and what to automate.
Ideating, building, and shipping AI products
From product strategy and validation to architecture and execution. Deciding what to build, what to buy, and what to automate.
Leading teams, systems, and decisions
Shaping technical direction, tradeoffs, and process. Building the conditions where small teams ship like much bigger ones.
Mapping the AI landscape
Tracking the technologies, frameworks, and concepts shaping AI product work today, and translating them into decisions.
How agents reach, sense, and act
Conversational and multimodal interfaces, multi-channel reach, multi-step workflows, and the orchestration that lets agents and tools work together as a system.
What makes agents actually work
Context engineering, memory, knowledge bases, evaluations, tool use, autonomous processing, and the patterns behind agents that hold up in production.
AI across the SDLC
Multiplying velocity with AI-native tooling, so small teams ship like much bigger ones.
Showing most recent professional roles. Earlier work (2010 – 2019) includes freelance projects and foundational development experience.
Escala.ai
Leading the full technical journey of an AI-first startup, from strategy and product validation to architecture, development, and infrastructure. Designing and shipping conversational AI agents with deep focus on context engineering, memory management, and knowledge bases. Hands-on across the full agent lifecycle: research, design, evaluations, observability, and metrics. Partnering with the CEO and CRO on what to build, what to buy, and what to automate, and leveraging AI across the SDLC to ship like a much larger team.
What I read, play, and keep. Most of my best product intuitions come from neuroscience, psychology, and the social sciences — not from tech blogs.
